Sure thing, will do mate
What are you looking at? Unstoppabledomains?
I have an ENS domain. It works great - $5/year
That was the one, couldn’t remember the name. I thought they were a one-off payment though?
Blocksy is running a Valentine’s discount ( up to 30%) also for their lifetime plans:
It’s interesting… I won a credit at Hetrix, and even when I don’t login regularly, there are no complaints. This could be another way of not needing to login. Note that I’ve never spent anything there yet.
ENS domains are totally different than Unstoppabledomains, but they are pretty much the same premise.
I haven’t tried Unstoppable personally but if ENS works well I doubt Unstoppable will be much different.
No Renewal Fees, Ever??? How?
Searched a domain… it was 250 & 800 for the zil & crypto respectively…
Charge you upfront for the next 25 years and hope you wont complain or live long enough to complain when they start charging or shut shop
You think?
The domain I tried was only $40 …
Right, no renewal fees
These “crypto” domains aren’t standard domains administered by ICANN that can be resolved using any DNS resolver. They are more like OpenNIC’s “domains”.
Plus you can “link” your crypto wallet addresses to them so you can tell someone, send me ETH at unixfy.crypto
(for example) instead of 0x23828....
That’s the feature that’s pretty appealing to me and it’s the main reason why I got an ENS domain.
They can or can’t be resolved by any DNS resolver?
yeah… Checked some other too… 20’s & 40’s as youve mentioned.
They cannot be resolved by any DNS resolver, while ICANN administered domains can.
You need to either use Unstoppable’s DNS servers or their Chrome extension in order to be able to resolve them.
That’s a HUGE downside.
I know there’s also some type of proxy thing that uses an ICANN administered domain to “forward” to your site.
For ENS domains, you can visit anyone’s site without using ENS resolver or extension if you visit domain.eth.link
(where domain.eth
is the ENS domain). Not sure what the “forward” domain is for Unstoppable.
Hmmmm…
California’s finally going after companies like Stacksocial with their misleading countdowns:
Famous Gutenberg Builder Stackable goes LTD on Appsumo: https://appsumo.com/marketplace-stackable-page-builder/#appsumo-plans
59$, stack 4 times for unlimited.
I have Qubely, which I bought at the time Stackable was running its first LTD.
$236 is a bit rich for me at this time. I need to try and cool of, on my LTD buying, still I’ll keep an eye on this one while its running on AppSumo.
Qubely is a bit bloated, and according to someone using Stackable, so is stackable. Qubely recently hired a dev to foxu exclusively on this problem, on the other hand, Stackable is getting started on dynamic content, and Qubely, as far as I know, isn’t.
Anyhow, from what I hear. If you don’t have anything of tyhe sorts, then its a must.
I got Quebely LTD, so not sure I will get Stackable. Will see But yeah, I guess it may also be fairly bloated.
