Kindly refer to their free tier program which is described here: Cloud Free Tier | Oracle. You can get 2 VM’s for free, albeit network speed appears to be throttled. VM specs: 1/8 OPCU and 1 GB memory each.

Native IPv4. Haven’t spotted IPv6 yet, but that might be a configuration thing or datacenter dependent. Don’t have much time on my hands to look through the configuration options right now :slightly_smiling_face:

No sane hosting company would allow such anyways. As what’s stopping you from using one of those services and doing something your not supposed to and/or other ill intentions?

Fraud and illegal shiz is ever increasing in the hosting industry so try not to sign up for services using such if you want services on speed dial/at all.

Sure it’s fine you don’t trust them but then again, it’s free so it’s perfect as a playground and such. That’s what I’m using mine for.

One can never have too many VM’s to test. I pay a fair amount of money for NAT boxes and other boxes but these are just an addition to those, at least for me

They advertise “10 Mbps bandwidth” as part of their always free tier, so if anything that throttled speed could be even lower.

EDIT: Looks like that limit is for the load balancer. My bad.

Yeah that’d be for the load balancer. I reckon it’s not perfect, but for light traffic sites or just development / playing around boxes they’re great and free.
