Because most gameservers generally attract (D)DoS attacks, we currently do not allow them on our network.
This also applies to voiceservers such as Teamspeak and Mumble.
Q: Can I run a VPN?
Private VPN servers are perfectly fine with us. Public ones, however, are not.
Q: What’s your refund policy?

Maybe remove the NS fields ont he VPS order page, as they are quite useless.

Also, do you plan on offering more/newer templates?

While we are on topic of nameserver fields, does anyone have any idea why they are there? As far as I can tell, they are completely useless.

@FHR Just type anything.

@404error Those are single IPs servers, which are not warmed up for mass mailing. If you want to run transactional email, that’s fine. But to guarantee optimum deliverability, we recommend you to have external service for this.

I don’t know either. It’s by default from WHMCS.

Go to /templates/orderforms/your cart/configureproduct.tpl and change input type to hidden for inputNs1prefix and inputNs2prefix, and add value=“127.0.0.1” (or anything else) for those two inputs. that’ll remove them from the order form.
