LinkedIn is awful for me… Whenever I have had the misfortune of going on there, I can’t help but think 99% of peoples posts could be replied to with “Wow, thanks for this! There are 8bn people on this planet and not a single one gives a fuck”. 
I get that it is probably useful for some, and there are certainly some career paths that benefit massively from the self-promotion/interaction on there but for me, it’s a no!
