Just out of interest, is the storage RAIDed, or backed up?

Both. We always use RAID, even in our cheap LowEndSpirit plans. Also, all VPS are backed up. We simply suggest customers to make their own as a best practice. Yours will be far more reliable than a snapshot make on a working VPS than can result to be corrupted in certain situation.

We are working to implement backup inside the panel for customers soon. A bit like Vultr or DO feature. Beta for this should be out soon, but I have no specific ETA.
