Even then, disasters do happens even with the previously “best” people to be helped. As a proactive preventive measure I would rather “start somewhere” and agree to do “more” if and when you would continue to want to do so instead of giving an open impression that you will even help if they need very extended requirements from you (eg. 10,000 servers in a cage colocation).
