Would anyone be interested if I made and regularly updated a thread around forum changes and maintenance?

I would. (Despite having been a bit busy, not too active the last few weeks.)

I ended up making the thread here I intend to post there whenever any changes are made to either the underlying infrastructure, or to the Discourse installation itself.
