@flips Not sure who you bought reseller hosting from, but if you self-host you need to make sure the IP isn’t blacklisted or setup Mailchannels.
Most shared hosting providers (except BuyShared) route emails through Mailchannels.

Yep, came with a dedicated IP, no Mailchannels. Mostly using MXroute for email, though. (I don’t have clients sending lots of email.) 
BuyShared routes emails through MailChannels as well!
