You really need to check your offers. I tried to order multiple (4) free plans (because there is no limit advertised) and then my account gets locked. It is your fault that you do not specify a limit, like 1 per customer, not client for ordering multiple free plans. You really need to increase your security levels and your transparency, as your service is screaming to be abused.
